Ms. Mingxiu Luan
Vice Chairperson & Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Mingxiu Luan has been our Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairperson since April 2025. She served as the Chief Financial Officer of TIAN RUIXIANG Holdings Ltd. from March 2019 to August 2024, and of Zhejiang Tianruixiang Insurance Broker Co. Ltd. from May 2016 to August 2024. Between March 2015 and April 2016, Ms. Luan served as the financial director of Mingruibotong (Beijing) Investment Management Co., Ltd., responsible for the day-to-day financial management. From May 2014 to November 2014, Ms. Luan served as the deputy director of finance department of Beijing CN live Culture Media Co., Ltd. From November 2009 to April 2014, she worked as a senior audit manager in Shandong branch of WUYIGE Certified Public Accounting LLP. Ms. Luan holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Shandong University of Finance and Economics and is a certified public accountant in China.

Ms. Shanyu Chang
Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Shanyu Chang has been our chief financial officer since August 2026. Ms. Shanyu Chang has over 14 years of extensive financial management experience, with deep expertise across U.S. GAAP financial reporting, internal control and compliance, and risk management. Since joining AIFU Inc. in 2014, Ms. Chang has held progressively responsible roles in financial reporting and internal audit, most recently as US GAAP Senior Specialist, overseeing the Group's complex accounting and external audit coordination. Prior to AIFU Inc., Ms. Chang gained additional audit experience at Senda International Group and BDO China Guangzhou Office. Ms. Chang holds bachelor's degrees in CPA Specialization and Resource Environment and Urban-Rural Planning from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics. She is a Certified Internal Auditor and holds an Intermediate Accounting Professional Title.
